Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Poster presentations will be held in the lobby of Conference Room E.
- Presenters must attach their poster to the designated panel (indicated by abstract number) during the morning coffee break (9:30 AM – 9:50 AM) on their assigned presentation day.
- Poster presentation sessions will take place from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
- After the session ends, presenters are responsible for removing their own posters.
