Abstract Submission Guidelines
Submission Method
All abstracts must be submitted through the web-based online system. There are no separate templates or document formats to download. You will enter all information directly into the online form fields provided on the submission platform.
1. Abstract Category
  • Required Field :
    You must select an appropriate abstract category
  • Choose the category that best matches your research topic or field
  • This selection is crucial for proper reviewer assignment during the evaluation process
2. Presentation Type
Select one of the following three options :
  • Oral only :
    If you wish to participate only as an oral presentation
  • Oral preferred (can be transferred to Poster) :
    If you prefer oral presentation but agree to transfer to poster if necessary
  • Poster only :
    If you wish to participate only as a poster presentation
3. Title
  • Required Field :
    Create a clear and concise title that accurately represents your research
  • The title should be informative while remaining brief
  • Avoid excessive use of abbreviations; use only commonly accepted abbreviations when necessary
4. Affiliations
  • Select Number of Affiliations :
    Choose the number of affiliated institutions from the dropdown menu
  • Enter Affiliation Details :
    • - Department: Name of your department or division
    • - Institute: Name of your university or research institution
    • - Country: Country where your institution is located
  • Important Note :
    Please enter your affiliation in the format "000 University"
5. Authors
  • Select Number of Authors :
    Choose the total number of authors from the dropdown menu
  • Enter Author Information :
    • - Aff.No. : Affiliation number corresponding to the institution
    • - First Name : Author's first name
    • - Last Name : Author's last name
    • - Email : Valid contact email address
    • - Presenting Author : Mark the author who will actually present
    • - Corresponding Author : Mark the corresponding author
*Important Question
  • "Is the Submitter and Presenting Author the same person?" :
    • - Select YES or NO
    • - This information is important for conference management purposes
6. Abstract Body
  • Word Limit :
    Maximum 300 words
  • Figure Allowance :
    You may include up to one (1) figure in your abstract
  • Web-based Entry :
    The abstract text should be entered directly into the online text editor provided on the submission platform
Recommended Structure
Your abstract should be informative and include the following elements within a single, cohesive paragraph :
  • Purpose :
    Research objectives and background
  • Methods :
    Research methodology and approach
  • Results :
    Key findings and data
  • Conclusions :
    Main conclusions and significance of the study
Writing Guidelines
  • Use clear and concise sentences
  • Include specific data and quantitative results where possible
  • Clearly present the originality and contribution of your research
  • Focus on core content rather than excessive background information
  • Ensure proper grammar and spelling before submission
Figure Guidelines
  • Maximum one figure per abstract
  • Ensure the figure is clear and readable when uploaded
  • The figure should directly support your research findings
  • Include a brief caption if necessary
7. Keywords
  • Minimum Requirement :
    Enter three or more keywords
  • Format :
    Separate keywords with commas
  • Selection Criteria :
    Choose key terms that accurately represent your research topic
  • Keywords will be used for search and classification purposes, so select them carefully
Pre-Submission Checklist
All required fields (*) completed
Abstract body within 300-word limit
Author information and affiliations verified for accuracy
Valid email addresses provided
Minimum three keywords entered
Appropriate presentation type selected
Figure (if included) is clear and relevant
Grammar and spelling thoroughly checked
All information entered directly through the web-based system
Important Notes
  • No Template Required :
    All submission is done through the online platform
  • Check the submission deadline carefully
  • Abstracts can be revised until the submission deadline (December 31) through My Page (click your name on the top right) > Submission.
  • Contact the conference secretariat for any technical issues
  • Review results will be communicated through separate announcements
  • Ensure stable internet connection during submission process
  • Save your work frequently while using the online system
Technical Requirements
  • Use a modern web browser for optimal performance
  • Ensure JavaScript is enabled in your browser
  • For figure upload, use common image formats (JPEG, PNG, GIF)
  • Maximum file size limits apply to figure uploads (check system specifications)
